Expressions between Dimensions in Pivot

Original Pivot table

Hi,

I want to make the 1st picture (Original Pivot table) to the 2nd one (Goal), what should I do?

Blue columns are expressions and white ones are dimensions. Thx!

You can create these columns as calculated dimensions instead of expressions.
