Extra column in Pivot Table

Hi All,

I want to hide the extra column in pivot table. Attaching the screenshot and

sample application along. Please help me to achive the same.

Hi,

It seems you can't get rid of that extra column..

but you can do a work around to make it invisible.

1. Make that column width minimum as much possible.

2. Get the background color of that header cell similar to the line..

there are some settings you can adjust in Style tab of chart property.

instead of hiding it off I follow the practice to label it with symbol '->' which helps use to understand data

i think this will put user in confusion if they do send to excel and see additional column

Yes you are right but i think there is no option to hide column.
