Extraction of maximum database size using 32 bit OS

Hi,

If we have 32 bit OS with 4GB Ram then, How much the maximum database size data we can extract and store into Qvd.

Any idea of approximate database(May be Oracle,Sql or DB2) size, that can extract in QV using 32 bit OS.

That depends heavily on the data in the database.

Are a lot of the values distinct etc.

I would suggest setting up a test and extract part of the data to QVD's and test the memory consumption in a smaller project to give you a feel for what you might expect in a larger implementation.
