Facing Issue with Set Analysis Exp to get Avg of Allocation on Months

Hi friends I am stuck with an Issue on Set Analysis please do needful on the Issue

I have data about how effective Resources are utilized in a Month,

In a day each Resource works for 8 Hours,

In my Data FT in Hours, i need to calculate it into Month FT

I have a dimensions with

     PRJ_NM(Project Name)

RSRC_NM,
Month,
ALLOCation

To calculate avg used below expresson for each/month

sum(aggr(avg((ALLOCation)),PRJ_NM,RSRC_NM,Month))/8

As some resources result is not coming properly(who is handling more than one project)&For single project the data is coming properly as iam expecting.

CAN YOU PLEASE FIND THE ATTACHMENT OF QVW AND EXCELL FILE.
