Hi All,
We have N-Printing server license in our team. When we are using the same license key for N-Printing Designer then it is showing error as "This License is for a different product". (Attaching screenshot for the same). Could anyone please guide me that do we need separate License key for N-Printing Designer?
Also Cache status under Apps > Connections is showing as "Never Generated" and getting a popup on top of screen as "You must enable at least one engine before generating the connection cache". But Qlikview engine is showing as Enabled under Admin tab but status is showing Offline. How to change status as Online of Qlikview engine? Edit Template option is also not visible under Reports Tab. As we don't have Qlikview N-printing designer license so is this the reason of hidden Edit Template option in order to design our reports?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
