Failed to Load The Requested OLE Control.

Hi any one can help..while loading the .ocx file in my tool.

i am using Qlikview tool.for getting save dialog box i am downloading two files are

COMDLG32.dll and COMDLG32.ocx.

when i am adding .ocx in my tool it showing an Error like

Failed to Load The Requested OLE Control.

Can any one plz help me on this...it's very urgent
