Failed to create component 'AxHost'

On a Win7 x64 box, I am getting the attached error when trying to drag/drop the ActiveX component on my windows form in VS 2010.  I have QlikView client version 10 installed on this box, with a valid license.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
