Failed to open Document, file not found

I am using V11 SR5 where I am not able to open a linked QVW in AJAX version whereas same is working in IE Plugin. It has section access.

update the IE version or restrt all the services..clear cache

what's the size of the application?? have you implemented section access on that ?
