Failed to open document and No Preview

HI All,

Till yesterdsay the qlikview services are runnig on my Id say cde\12345 and the access point works perfect

yesterday we have changed the service running accout to two\65665456(diff domain) for some reason and now i Ma getting no preview available and failed to open document error ( both localhost and outside).

I checked the services and it is running on both windows and qlikview

Please suggest a sollution.

In QMC, check whether your DSC definitions show red asterisks. That means that the new service account may have a problem querying the AD server(s)

Hi Thanks for your Reply

           I have configured around ten domains and there is no astrisks mark on Domains in DSC,

  The new user is also part of the qlikview admin group
