We have upgraded from 11.2 to 12 sr10. upon upgrade users start getting access errors when trying to access a particular document with section access.
they get the following error: Failed to open document, for unknown reasons.
Upon rerunning the job they are able to access. we are getting the error with many users and at random time..
Anybody has faced the same or know where to look to find the reason for the failure as no changes on the app script or setup.

You should have a look at your security script to update or it could be a licensing issue
thxs.. none of these are the issue as the error happen inconsistently.. some times the users have no issues and some other time they do..
