File Size Limitation

Can anyone tell me if there is a limit to the number of characters that a QlikView field can hold. I'm having a problem with data being truncated and I believe it may be the source output truncating the data and not QlikView.

QlikView does not impose a limit on the number of characters in a field - but in some cases there is actually a limit in ODBC of 1023 chars. Try putting the data in to a text file and see if it pulls in the correct number. OLE DB may work better here than ODBC.
