File taking more time in every action

hello,

i have one file with size 91.01 MB,it is taking more time to open as well to perform any action.

in access point it is not opening only?can any one help on same issue?

what could be the reason ?couldn't find

in access point file is not opening ,in application also it is  taking more time open to perform any action..

and it has only one synthetic key.there some files bigger than this file.those are working fine only this file is not working fine properly

where to check ,what could be the issue?

it started to slow down suddently ? and it does not open anymore suddently on the access point ?

I'll start by using an old version, on the server and on the desktop
