Fill the cells with colours based on another column value

Hi,

I have a chart (type: Straight Table), where I have put some traffic lights based on data value. Now , i need to fill the cells with colours based on another column. For example:

i need to show the column Share % as traffic lights i.e. if <50 then red, >50 and <99 then orange, =100 then green. I have done this but again I need to fill the cells with pink if date column is less than current date.

Please see attachment Data Example2.

Please suggest.
