Filter dimension such that Below mean values are shown

Hi,

I have a pareto chart which displays all the resources and their productivity levels, The dimension used is "Assigned"

I need to create a new chart which studies all the resources whose productivity is less than the average (mean) of all the resources in the team. i.e I want to get values in the pareto chart with only those people who only satisfy the condition "productivity < mean of all resources".

Can you please help me how to add a calculated dimension with this requirement. Is there any better way to do this?
