Filters - and exclusion

NOTE:  ComboType has 2 values currently.  It is 'QLIK' and 'SSRS'.

Need a way to pick the filters - and using the filters (only get those that are in TYPE yet not in date range.

For example, Q3, (which is jul,aug,sept), User interface - SSRS, and the chart should display any SSRS that is not in in Q3.
