Filters not appearing on QMC

Hi,

I recently downloaded 12.10.0.0 version of Quickbooks and trying to make minor file changes to a Qlikview file developed using v  12.10.20100.0 SR3. On local machine, my file looks as designed and all the filters are visible.  However, when i post this file to QMC for publishing, the filters disappear all together. All other charts appear fine with the default filters, just the selection capability of filters is no more visible.

I tried to uninstall and  re-install a couple of times and also tried to install v.11 but none of that makes the filter visible.

Greatly appreciate your help here.
