we have made a function to show/hide filters (details of filters given below) on the click of the image in text box.
When we are applying filter and closing the filter by clicking the close icon, all filters are not hiding. On click of the image the variables value has set to change and the condition is given in conditional (in layout tab).
If we click on the list box those are not hidden after clicking the close button it will hide.
Please could you advise? Is there any one faced the issue like this ?

Have you checked the variable value is rightly set on clicking of the button ?
What you may do is, scramble / (File --> Reduce Data -->Remove all values) on your application and share us the .qvw , so we can see what is going wrong with hiding?
