Fixed Date - Previous and following values

Hi dear QV enthusiast,

I'm looking to disposal Values to be compared around a fixed date.

ex: Fixed date event, shows values Before and After that Event Date.

Previous values _ Date (07/04/2013 'dd/mm/yyy' _ hh:mm:ss) _ Following values

Create button related the number of days, weeks month to show in the simple chart.

How to create this Event date ??
