Fleet Management

Hi there guys

I am trying to create fleet management model. I am getting the following reports out of our tracking system (see attached).

What we basically need is to see each driver (Sales rep), how many times he visited each customer etc.

What could also be nice to see is a map and to show the routes the rep did the previous week.

Could anyone please point me in the right direction to where to start.
