Flip Bars to the Right

I have one Dimension and one Expression in a Bar Chart.

How do I flip the Bars to the right side and Dimension to the left?

Expected Output:

Maybe Hide the Dimension completely so that the bars are on the right and values on the left.

I tried everything including Position in Axes and all settings in Presentation Tab.
