The title looks promising, but that post does not really answer the question. I don't think that there is any ready way in Qlikview to control the format of the chart popup. You may be able to hack something with the css files, or else build an extension...

Jonathan, I also have same thing. But, I don't know how to use CSS in Qlik. Do you have any applications for that?
