From friday to thirsday flags

Good day!

Colleauges, have anyone task to make flag, which filter dates from last friday prior prior month to last friday prior month?

I need to make two flags:

1) Dates from last friday of prior month to last thirsday of current month (29.07.2016 - 25.08.2016)

2) Dates from last friday of prior prior month to last thirsday of prior month (24.06.2016 - 28.07.2016)
