Funnel Chart segment size, not on value but on rank

1) These two funnel graphs have the same data set and calculations

2) They only difference is the presentation setting for "Presentation->Data Proportion->Segment height proportional to data"

Is there a way to get this somewhere in the middle? gotta be creative here - i want them to be somewhat bigger and smaller in size, but not relative so that the small values get smushed...

Any ideas or direction is greatly appreciated!

1 Guess I had is to use rank, and then assign each rank some relative size %...no idea how to implement that.
