Gauge Disappear on Access Point

Good Morning/Afternoon,

Has anyone ever had an instance where a graphic disappears once posted on an Access Point, yet is visible when viewing on desktop? We are using this to show a threshold and goal of quality measures that are being used as the dimension. The graphic is actually 4 linear gauges laid over another that are separate of the table they line up with.  This had to be done because currently QV doesn't allow for lower bounds to be dynamic.  Each color gauge stops according to the Threshold and Goal.   Below is a snip of the linear gauges not there when viewed online, yet after the snip of them being there.

Online, despite data there to evaluate the gauges show nothing.

Has anyone else experienced a gauge there on their desktop but not online on either Chrome or IE?  Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  We have already removed and replaced the tab.  Also saved under another file name.

Not 100% of the features designed in QV Desktop will render in the AJAX/Full Browser version.

If you go to the view menu you can preview this by turning on web layout.

Try that first and see if its a specific feature.

note:  linear gauges in a straight table should work online too but perhaps there is a specific color setting....

Good Morning Jonathan,

First thanks for your response.  So I tried the Web Layout toggle on desktop and the bar does appear there.  As for it needing to be specific colors. on another potion of the tab through a button other measures are populating online.  As in snip below.

We also just to test took the measures above and added to the one that is the first snip of original post.  What we got is the below of all the above measures and the one that had the missing gauge all working.  Which points to QV online not liking only a single measure.

Odd to is that right clicking to 'Send to Excel' the correct result is made for the gauge that visually isn't there.

Sounds like you've narrowed the problem. My next question is whether the Server and the Desktop are the same version / SR# ?  The code should be similar so if hte desktop works but not server perhaps the versions are different or the QVW is not 100% same ?

If you are able to share the QVW i can test the 'qvw' here as well..
