General Script Error with store statement

Hello All,

I am facing an issue with the reload of the task of my DataLoader as 'General Script Error'.

The reload fails after the Store statement of one of the QVDs.

When i also tried to delete the qvd, i get the below error:

'The Operation cannot be completed as the file is open in Qlikview11.2 SR6'

But the file is not open anywhere.

Can you suggest what can be the other reasons for this issue?

Hi

It's a windows file lock, somewhere it's locked within the OS.

WHat you can try is closing all your QVW instances or restart your machine (server).

There are some options, like Handle - Windows Sysinternals | Microsoft Docs to manage file locks.

Yup. Happened to me sometimes. Just restart your publishers/servers where you usually read this QVD. and then try to delete it.
