General question/need suggestions on data

Script file doesn't show the data when it auto refreshes the jobs in QMC.

But data shows up when I reload it manually.

Why does this happen ?

Did you look into logs?

Did the task on QMC fails?(Do you see red cross in the Status->Tasks part of the QMC)

Did you check Section Access part?

Logs will give you many more information

Jobs didnot fail...when ran in qmc... I get most of the data .... But not completely...

The same script when Iam reloading manually i get complete data...

When you run manually, or you running in local desktop..if so..the some of the sources files are in local drive?

Make sure you have access to all the data while running from server.

Sometimes there may be a chance the path might not be changed during migration.

Is always the same?

Check if QMC has access to all of your data.(paths)

Check the settings in QMC whether you have enabled partial reload under reload tab on QMC.

Or check whether you've enabled loop and reduce in the publisher.

I'm sorry without seeing the script or the dashboard, cant conclude about your issue reason.

For only one category  of purchase orders there is no data while running from qmc... But data gets stored into qvd for the same purchase orders when i reload manually...

How can i reach you so i can explain more clearly?
