Generating dates and values from the last record

Hello, I am making a dashboard that contains some FX rates and documents so I linked the FX table to my data table via a key containing the date and base currency of the document. Problem is, I have the FX rates for the last working day. while some of my documents come in the weekend. This way I cannot access these documents.

The simplest solution that came in mind was to generate a date in the FX table a few days ahead with the same exchange rate as Friday(the last working day).

How can one do this in Qlikview?

Thanks in advance.
