Geo location using Latitude and Longitude

I have an excel file with ID, Latitude, and Longitude. We need City as the 4th column with output across each row. Wondering if this is doable in QlikView

Sorry I can see the qvw file. But I have the only free QlikView version installed. Can you please provide more details about Edit script and how it is called?
