Get Max Date/Time by ID

Need to identify the max Date of each ID,the challenge for me is Sales Date would be same Date for same ID's, ideally Maxdate shoukd be the maxdate and time. I have attached source file for your reference.

Example (MaxDate/Time):
2/4/18 1:45 and 2/4/18 13:15
MaxDate: 2/4/18 13:15
