Get Value from a Field

Hey i have the following problem!

I have a table with the name:

RoleTable: 

In this i have an ID, a RoleName, a RoleValue.

Furthermore i have a table where i have users, roles and so on. If someone logs in section access automatically shows his role, his username and show him his values. 

Now what i want ist, that if fore example USER ab opens the Dashboard on the production server, i want the value from his Role. 

I dont know how i cant get it!

When you say role what exactly you are looking for like is this role linked to one of your fields in the data model table? Can you give an example?
