Get all previous month data to current date data when date is selected

Hi,

i took year,date as dimensions.

sales as my expression in my Straight table chart.

I am trying to get all previous months sales aggregated upto the selected date in chart.

For Example: when i selected on 15-03-2016 in Date field, I need to get all the previous sales data upto the current date.

It means i need a single record in my chart when i select on 15-03-2016.which should represent in chart as below:

                    year | date | sale

                     2016|15-03-2016|XXXX

I tried using Year to Month(YTD),but it is fetching all the dates upto the selected date.

Please get me answer anyone there.

I think you can look into the possibility of using The As-Of Table
