Get out values on Gauge chart for segments lower bounds

Dear all

I have a customer with moving segments lower bounds depending on wich cost centre the user is looking at. I would like to get out the segments lower bounds values in the Gauge graph. Is it possible? The values for the below pic is 0 for red, 18 for yellow, 27 for green, 40 for orange and 50 for grey.
