Get value from chart with another condition on other field

Hello Expert,

With data set-

Date    Time    Price

1/1       09:00   1

1/1       10:00   2

1/2       09:00  3

1/2       09:00   4

The request is to display the price of minmium time per day in line chart. Say for 1/1 the price is 1 and 1/2 is 3.

How to get there?

One more step is to find out the price of maxmium time of privious day in line chart. Say for 1/1 the price is 1 and 1/2 is 2.

Can anyone help?
