GetFieldSelections() - show selected values in list box/table

I am using GetFieldSelections(), and it given me output like

what I want to achieve is , the values selected from GetFieldSelections() should show in a list box where I can select / un-select. like below

Hi,

I have a similar requirement now but could not understand your solution.  

I have a set of hospitals displaying in my Drop down like below ; I want to populate them as two list boxes

Yellow ones in one list box and rest of them (in white) as other list box. Can you let me know how ?
