GetLatest() Anyone?

Anyone knows what GetLatest() for? I don't see it in the help list. Thanks

Hi Reagan,

You can call Macro function in Qlikview scripting.  Refer below link for example

Calling VB function (macro) in Load script to find common string length in two strings

Where are you seeing this function?

GetLatest() doesn't appear to be either a LOAD or EXPRESSION function.

I think you need to enter a Load statement first before this one shows up.

Wait...is it possible to make your own function? When I created new file, I don't see this getLatest().

I'm so noob lol. This is macro code. But he used it on the script.
