GetSelectedCount with counditions

Hello everyone, I'm new to qlikview.

I have a listbox, a button and a chart.

Users select 3-5 items from the listbox and the button changes to blue, click the button and they can see the result of selected items on the chart.

I need to include Category like "#TypeX" in the listbox, but I wouldn't like to count as the selected items.

Is there any way to count the items excluding categories?

May be change your condition to this

=GetSelectedCount(Selections) > 0 and
 Count({<Selections -= {"#Type*"}>}Selections) >= 3 and
 Count({<Selections -= {"#Type*"}>}Selections) <= 5
