Getting Date interval as step interval in chart

Hi All

I have created a chart where I have an expression that gives the x-axis as a date. What I want to do is change the step interval of this to be every 3 months (it uses today() and today()+365 as the min and max). even if the x axis showed the min and max that would be great but all it does is show the start of next year then halfway through 2018.

Is it actually possible to have a date interval as a step interval on a graph?
