Getting actual URL - like in "Menue/Send with bookmark"

Hello,

in the WEB-Client there is under Menue the possibility to send the URL with the bookmarks via mail.

Is it possible to get this information and place an extra button for this action?

And is it possible to put this hyperlink into a report?
