Getting double documents on QlikView Access Point

Hello

I am having an issue where whenever I copy a file across to my Source Documents folder, it appears in the User Documents folder where my documents are distributed. This is before I setup the task. This creates a copy of the same document on Access Point.

My folder structure is

QlikView

>Source Documents

>User Documents

Where is your root folder ?

The Source documents folder should not be a sub-folder of your root folder.

Any QVW that exists in any sub-folder of the root folder will appear on the Access Point.
