Getting switching Input mode to mouse message

Hi all,

I am getting a strange message "Switching input mode to mouse" message on my computer(lap top) which is with windows 8.1 OS and Qlikview version is 11.20 SR9 .

This error we are getting in DIV tag integration (Qlikview Mashups) not in desktop or access point.

Any help or settings in the server .

Hi

This message may appear with touch screens.

Try to change the input icon on right top of QLikView app to mouse.

We have one user with the same problem.

She is getting the message "Switching input mode to mouse" in Chrome and in in Firefox when she makes her first selection.

The selection is not activated and afther that the switch is made and she can work in here dashboard without problems.

She has no touchscreen but she has the same icon near hear close button.

How can we disable this?

If I log on with hear user on my desktop I don't have the problem.

The person in question is abroad at the moment.

I will ask here if she's back at our office.

But is this the reason why it is also in Firefox?

Last week she didn't have this problem.

It was recognised yesterday out of the nowhere.

Kris

I don't know to disable Touch screen on FF, i think it's possible in options menus.

Be careful when Touch screen is disabled it's for all websites, not only QV
