Getting the info from the max date

Hi guys!

Need your help!!!

I have 2  documents having the same field name like "Employee".

Here is the first table in Excel:

There are  fields with "Account" and Months, and I need to find the latest Account where the values end and start null values. I need to find the latest start date of the Account of some person and join the name of Account to the other table next to the name of Employee.

Can You help me please?
