i have a problem using the alerts mechanism in QV.
I'm using a formula on the "Message" and "Mail Subject" fields, that joins some strings with a run-time variable, my text is in Hebrew and for some reason the mail gets Gibberish.
i tried to play with the 'Mail settings' under 'User preferences', changing the encoding to Hebrew or UTF but no effect.
the problem occurs only when concatenating a string, for example: ="SOME HEBREW TEXT" & ReportDate, but not when typing plain text without a formula.
