Global Settings in Qlikview - every time a field is loaded..

Hi,

I am using the following expression for an employee:

Aggr(Only({<Department = {'Football', 'GAA'} >} NAME), NAME)

It returns only the names for the 2 specific departments - This works great but do you know if there is a global setting in the Document properties that I can set on that field?

So every time this field is chosen, only the specific names will be returned?

Not sure what you mean.  Do you mean you always want "Football" and "GAA" to be selected in the field "Department"?  If so, select these two values and then lock the field?

Or if you only want these values and the associated data then consider reducing the data to these values.
