Google Map Trouble

hello, ive run into some trouble trying to put dots on certain locations acrosse the US using qlikview. i have the longitude and latitude of my locations and i am trying to use the instructions and scrips from the Qliktech uses QlikView-Google Maps file (http://http://global.qlik.com/uploadedfiles/Whitepapers/whitepaper_how_qliktech_uses_qlikview_google...)

im having the most truoble with expressions tab for my map, as in im not sure what i have to type in exactly to get the dots show up at their locations and actually on the google map. im attaching my excel file and qlikview file that i have been working on.

any help would be much appreciated.
