Google Maps not displaying in web browser

Hi Guys, I created a dashboard with google maps API (Maps Static API).  I gave it to the client who created their own API key.  They are able to display the Maps by city, in desktop view and they are also able to display it in "QlikView AccessPoint"; however, when they try to pull it up online utilizing any web browser like Explorer, Chrome, etc, the map pulls up with the access points; however, the Google Map itself is missing, see below attached.

Can someone help me figure out why the maps works perfectly in Desktop view and in AccessPoint; however, goes away when trying to access it via web browser??
