Governance Dashboard failed to open

Hello all,

I am unsure as to where to publish my question but here I go:

We are currently starting migrating from QlikView (v12.20) to QlikSense so I wanted to use the Governance Dashboard to have an overview on our docs. I downloaded it (v2.1.4) and tried opening it but it gave me an error and a popup saying "Failed to open".

The Governance Dashboard was downloaded on one computer and copy-pasted in the server used for Qlik dev (no internet access), can it be a problem ?

Can someone help me understand what's going on ?

@florencedurusquec I noticed that QlikView desktop looks to be in Personal Edition. Can you try and lease a license on the server for the QlikView developer and see if you get the same issue?

@florencedurusquec  do have any screenshots of the behavior you see? If it failed to open the file might be corrupted. Could you try doing another copy to the server?

Hello @Lucas_Gatling , thank you for your answer.

I retried downloading it and copy-pasting it on the VM but no changes.

I joined the 2 screenshots to this comment: first error message (in french, translated as "Failed to load the document") and second is the popup also indicating the opening failure.
