Graphs losing percentage formats

Hi,

I have an issue with some graphs losing the percentage format at random on the right hand axis.

The number formatting is set correctly and if I go into it, click on something and then go OK it fixes it temporarily:

I can't do this when it goes into production as it will then only be viewed through Webview.

I have tried using an ALT expression as mentioned in other threads but still this happened this morning.

My expression is below:

alt(Sum(Calls_Abandoned)/Sum(Calls_Offered),0.00)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
