Guage Chart

Hi,

I need to create a guage chart in which I have a target and a achieved score.

so the guage chart should have the achieved score(sum(achieved)) against the target (sum(target)).

So if my target is 100 and I have achieved 80 then till 80 it is green rest 20 is red.

And also I wanted to see the target and achieved in the chart.
