HELP REQUIRED FOR PREPARING CASE HANDLING DASHBOARD

Hi Guys,

I am new to qlikview and need your help to prepare a dashboard.So plz help me out in preparing this dashboard.

I hv to prepare a dashboard to present 'Case handling' .

Following are the fields :

1.Case ID

2.DATE

3.STATUS

4.TEAM

5.PRIORITY

In this dashboard we hv to find the time spent in solving each cases.

I hv attached the excel sheet with all the details.

Followings are the things to be considered in preparing the dashboard:-

1.We have to find time spent in each case till it's STATUS is resolved or closed.

2.If in the cases PRIORITY field changes from that time it will be considered as fresh case i.e. we will ignore the previous timings ,to calculate the time spent to solve the cases.

3.In the calculation of time spent we have to ignore the time spent for the STATUS 'PENDING' till next STATUS.

4.We have to consider buissness hours in finding time spent in each cases.i.e.we have to ignore the times if prior to 8:00 and after 18:00.

5.We have a PRIORITY DEADLINE which I hv mentioned above.By using this we hv to show whether a case is solved according to the deadline.
