HTTP Header authentication in QlikView 11.20 SR5 Server

Hi All,

We are in a phase of implementing QlikView authentication via HTTP Header for accessing Dashboard in Mobile using Webseal.

We have 2 QlikView Servers 11 SR5 clustered together. One AccessPoint is configured for NTLM Authentication. The other AccessPoint is configured to receive HTTP Header.

When we access dashboards from the HTTP Header AccessPoint via Ajax (full browser), immediately we ran in to “Lost connection to server" error message. Accessing the same dashboard via IE Plugin works fine.

To test this setup in QlikView 9, We have created another HTTP header link pointing to version 9 QlikView server, no error was encountered when opening a dashboard via Ajax or IE.

Do we need to any other settings apart from the attached screen shot?  Pls suggest

Hi,

Probably you have a bad network load balanced configuration, try to shutdown one cluster node and try to acces via AJAX, if you can work fine its posible that you have a bad route definition.

Good luck
